Spray a frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray. Fry the chicken, onions, and diced red pepper — until soft and golden.
Add sachet contents and stir for 1 minute, until everything in the pan is covered.
Add the water and stir until combined. Then cover and cook for 10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Add the peas and cook for a further 5 minutes, uncovered.
Serve with an accompaniment of your choice, and enjoy!
