How many calories are in this Flava It! Chinese-Style recipe mix?
This recipe mix is designed to make 4 portions. The recipe mix is 32 calories per ¼ pack.
Step 1
Spray a frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray. Fry the chicken, onions and diced red pepper until soft and golden.
Step 2
Add contents of sachet and stir for 1 minute, until everything in the pan is covered.
Step 3
Add the water and stir until combined. Then cover, and cook for 10 minutes — or until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Step 4
Add the peas and cook for a further 5 minutes, uncovered.
Step 5
Serve with an accompaniment of your choice, and enjoy!

Once you’ve served up your Chinese-Style Curry, ideally you should eat it within 4 hours.

From chilled: Place in a microwave-proof container with loosely fitting lid, and heat until the curry is piping hot throughout.
From frozen: Allow to defrost completely, and heat covered in the microwave for 3-5 minutes, then stir. Cook for a further 5-7 minutes – until piping hot.
