We should probably warn you in advance…once you discover how easy and how delicious this recipe is, you’ll be making it on repeat.

Since we got our hands on a Ninja Creami, we haven’t been able to stop experimenting with making low-calorie ice creams. You might have tried a few of our banana-based ice creams before, but using the Creami makes this one so much smoother and creamier.

You’ll need to blend your milk and bananas first, and leave them in the freezer for 24 hours before spinning them in the Ninja Creami.

To give it even more flavour and texture, we’ve chopped up some sugar-free, creamy chewy toffees and mixed them in after spinning the ice cream. When they’re all mixed in, it’s time to grab a bowl, add a scoop, and top it off with a drizzle of toffee sauce.

What diets is this Ninja Creami Banoffee Ice Cream suitable for?

How do you know when Ninja Creami Banoffee Ice Cream is ready?

You’ll need to freeze the banana and milk mixture for at least 24 hours before spinning it in the Ninja Creami. It’ll be ready to eat after spinning, although you may need to respin if it’s not creamy enough, or if it looks slightly chalky.

Remember to remove leftovers from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to make it easier to scoop.

How long can you keep Ninja Creami Banoffee Ice Cream in the freezer?

You can make a big batch of this Ninja Creami Banoffee Ice Cream and store it in the freezer for up to 3 months. Ninja recommends flattening the mix before refreezing.

Just remember to store it in a freezer-safe container with a lid. Label it with what’s inside and the date you first froze the ice cream.

If your ice cream is still soft, there’s no need to re-spin the mix. If your ice cream is a little solid, you may want to re-spin it. It’ll break up the toffee a little more, but the ice cream itself will still be scrummy.

Hi Carol, this recipe is written specifically for the Ninja Creami but we have a Biscoff Swirl Ice Creamthat is very similar so you could follow this method but add the banoffee elements instead of the Biscoff hope that helps!
