We’ve used olives in these Pizza Boats which add a tiny bit more calorie value to the end product. We know that a lot of people don’t like them, so why not try different combinations? Ham and mushroom, anchovy and tomato, bacon and sweetcorn – whatever floats your boat!

Ingredients

  • 4 stand ‘n’ stuff tortillas approx 24g each
  • 100 g tomato passata
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 30 g black olives in brine sliced in half
  • 4 mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 red pepper deseeded and diced
  • 4 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • 30 g mozarella diced into small cubes
  • 5 g fresh basil sliced

    Hi Sharna, the Pizza Boats may become a little soggy if reheated in the microwave. Reheating in the oven, covered with foil will probably give a better result. Hope that helps.

    Hi Chloe, we serve the Pizza Boats with mixed baby leaf salad and you could add in cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, peppers or cucumber!
