Our Air Fryer Pork Parmigiana looks and tastes like you’ve picked it up from a restaurant, and yet it’s so unbelievably simple to rustle up in an air fryer – or your oven by tapping here. If you’re looking for a fresh Italian-style dinner to try, stop here!
You don’t want to rush the rich, tomatoey sauce; it’ll need to bubble away in a saucepan for at least half an hour before it’s ready to ‘wow’ everyone at the table.
There’s more magic in the garlicky, lemony Parmesan crust (we’ve made it lighter by using panko breadcrumbs!). Once your escalopes are crisp and golden, you’ll top them off with a layer of Italian-inspired sauce and melty mozzarella. It’s pure cheesy heaven!
Plate them up with a fresh mixed salad and your go-to potato side dish for an instant midweek favourite.
