Peanut Butter and Jelly Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 175 g fat-free natural yoghurt
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter powder
  • 1 tbsp white granulated sweetener
  • 1 tsp reduced-sugar strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Add the yoghurt, peanut butter powder, sweetener and egg to a mixing bowl and mix until smooth and combined.

  3. Add the oats and mix until combined with the yoghurt mixture.

  4. Pour the oat mixture into an ovenproof dish and place the jam in the middle of the oats.

  5. Place the dish onto a baking tray and bake for 35-40 minutes until risen. Remove from the oven and serve.
