Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add the potatoes to a pan of cold salted water. Set on a medium heat and bring to the boil, cook for 10 minutes until just soft.
Drain the potatoes and add back to the pan. Spray with low-calorie cooking spray and sprinkle over the garlic granules, onion powder, dried parsley and a little salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Add to the baking tray cut side down. Cook for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle over the Parmesan cheese. Cook for a further 15 minutes.
Top with the chopped chives and serve.
