Spray a frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray. Cook the chicken until almost brown, then remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the onion and mushrooms to the pan and cook until brown. Sprinkle in the contents of this sachet and give everything a good mix.
Add 100ml water to the pan and simmer until the liquid has reduced by half. Lower the heat and stir in the cream cheese.
Return the chicken to the pan and simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Sprinkle with the chives, if using. Serve and enjoy!
