In a large bowl, combine the ingredients along with the contents of this sachet. Mix well.
To make burgers: split the mix into 4 and shape into patties.
To make kebabs: split the mix into 6 and shape into long sausages or shape around the skewers.
Place in the air fryer. For both burgers and kebabs, we suggest air-frying for 10-15 minutes at 200°C or until cooked thoroughly.
