Flava It! Burger and Kebab

Ingredients

  • 500 g lean minced beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 1 egg, beaten

For kebabs

  • 6 skewers, wooden or metal (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ingredients along with the contents of this sachet. Mix well.

  2. To make burgers: split the mix into 4 and shape into patties.

  3. To make kebabs: split the mix into 6 and shape into long sausages or shape around the skewers.

  4. Place in the air fryer. For both burgers and kebabs, we suggest air-frying for 10-15 minutes at 200°C or until cooked thoroughly.
