Peel the bananas and put them in a large bowl. Mash with a fork.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix together well.
Allow to stand for a minute to allow the coconut flour to absorb some more of the liquid.
Make into 16 balls and arrange on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.
Flatten each ball with the back of a fork to give the top a line effect.
Bake for 25 mins on 180°C or until golden.
