Preheat the oven to 180°C
Blitz the oats in a food processor until they are quite fine and set aside
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix using a wooden spoon. Spray the waffle mould with low calorie cooking spray and pour in the mixture.
Bake for for 25 - 30 minutes or until the waffles are firm to the touch
Serve with some fresh fruit and some sweetened, flavoured quark
