Add the cream cheese and sweetener to a small bowl and mix until combined.
Spread one side of each slice of bread with the reduced-fat spread. Flip the bread over and spread the cream cheese onto both slices.
Arrange the fruit on one slice of bread and place the other piece of bread on top, with the cream cheese side facing inwards.
Spray a frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray and set on a low heat. When the pan is hot, add the toastie and cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. The bread should be golden brown and crispy.
Remove the toastie from the pan and cut in half. Dust with icing sugar and drizzle over the maple syrup. Serve.
