Place all the ingredients, except the egg, into a non-reactive bowl and mix well. We find using our hands is easier.
Add the egg and mix well to combine.
Take a small handful of the mixture and form into a sausage shape.
Thread a skewer through one of the sausage shapes and place onto a baking tray. Repeat with the remaining mixture to make 10 kofta kebabs. Once you've done them all, place them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Spray your kebabs with low-calorie cooking spray and place in the oven for 20-30 minutes, until cooked through.
