Preheat the oven to 160ºC.
Place the apples into the bottom of 4 ramekins. Distribute the blackberries evenly among the ramekins and sprinkle over half the sweetener.
In a mixing bowl, add the flour, oats, reduced fat spread and the remaining half the sweetener. Rub between your fingers until it looks like bread crumbs.
Top the fruit with the crumble mixture and spray with low calorie cooking spray.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until golden and the fruit is soft. Serve hot with your choice of topping or sauce.
