1. Morrisons No Added Sugar Lemon Crush – 5 calories per 250ml glass
It’s always a good idea to have tasty, low-sugar (or no-sugar) drinks on standby when it’s hot outside. This Morrisons No Added Sugar Lemon Crush is fizzy, tangy and only 5 calories per 250ml glass.
Serve over ice with lemon wedges, mint leaves and cucumber ribbons if you’re feeling fancy!
When we know the sun’s about to shine, we refrigerate a stash of our Homemade Lemonade. It’ll keep in the fridge for up to 3 days, giving you plenty of time to sip on it over the bank holiday weekend.
Indoors or out, the classic lemony flavours will be a winner with the whole family!

2. Do Goodly Jalapeno & Smashed Pea Guacamole – 117 calories per 100g
Once you’ve tried this guac, you’ll never go back! Do Goodly Jalapeno & Smashed Pea Guacamole has a gorgeous kick to it that’ll have you dipping again and again.
It’s perfect to snack on when you fancy something light with vegetable batons, or add a dollop to rice bowls and other Mexican-inspired dishes to take things up a notch.
If you’ve got a house full of hungry people to feed over the long weekend, easy, quick and hearty Chicken Burritos can be a life-saver.
We prefer to make our guacamole from scratch using creamy avocado, juicy tomatoes, zesty lime and just a hint of spicy Sriracha!

3. Tesco Finest Gigantes Beans – 128 calories per 1/2 pack
We spotted these Tesco Finest Gigantes Beans and felt like we were on holiday! The butter beans are coated in a rich and herby red wine sauce inspired by the Mediterranean.
They’d make for a delicious addition to a tapas-style dinner when you don’t feel like cooking.
We can’t talk about small plates without mentioning this luscious Baked Feta and Tomatoes recipe. If we get lucky with the weather this weekend, mop it up with pitta or warm crusty wholemeal bread as part of a mezze-style barbecue spread.

4. M&S Strawberries & Cream Mini Bites – 64 calories per mini bite
These M&S Strawberries & Cream Mini Bites are one of our favourite finds in-store lately! Don’t tell anyone or they’ll disappear off the shop shelves faster than you can say ‘strawberries and cream!’
They’re so light and satisfying when you fancy something sweet, and you can snack on a grab-and-go tub for only 64 calories per mini bite.
You don’t have to wait for Wimbledon to try our Creamy Strawberry Mini Meringues. At 33 calories per meringue (sweet, luxurious-tasting filling included!), they’re perfect to snack on whenever skies are blue.

5. Garlic and Herb Marinated Chicken Escalopes – 140 calories per escalope
If you’re putting on a bank holiday spread, these Garlic and Herb Marinated Chicken Escalopes are sure to go down a storm. So simple, these succulent sizzlers come ready-coated in a garlic and herb marinade – all you have to do is cook them to perfection.
Garlic and herb pairs well with so many things, it can be hard to settle on a side dish. There’s only one winner for us: Nando’s Spicy Rice.

6. Iceland Chinese Pork Thin Sizzle Steaks – 186 calories per steak
Ideal for a bank holiday BBQ, these Chinese Pork Thin Sizzle Steaks have landed in Iceland at just the right time. They’re coated in a juicy Chinese-style glaze that’d pair like a dream with just about any barbecue side dish.
You could even serve them with Salt and Pepper Chips for a full on fakeaway spread. If you’ve got a sachet of our PON x Flava It! Salt and Pepper seasoning handy, you’ll only need a sprinkling!

7. Mango, Passionfruit & Yogurt Marble Lollies – 86 calories per lolly
Trust us, if this bank holiday is a hot one, you’ll want a box of Mango, Passionfruit & Yogurt Marble Lollies in the freezer. These creamy yoghurt sticks are marbled with tangy, refreshing swirls of mango and passionfruit sorbet.
At only 86 calories per lolly, they’re well worth grabbing on your next trip to Aldi.
We prepped and froze a batch of our Strawberry and Kiwi Ice Lollies just last night. They’re really simple to make with a base of no added sugar strawberry squash and a topping of fresh blended kiwi fruit.

8. Morrisons Nacho Cheese Pasta Salad – 137 calories per 1/5 pack
You can’t have a picnic or barbecue spread without pasta salad! This Morrisons Nacho Cheese Pasta Salad is great to pick up if you’re looking for something yummy that the whole family will want on their paper plate.
Be warned, there’s hot sauce stirred into the pasta to give every mouthful a nacho-inspired kick of heat!
These Honey and Lime Pork Nachos are the ultimate shareable showstopper. Pop them at the centre of your buffet table and watch them disappear!
Topped with pork, cheese, tomatoes, red onion, garlicky yoghurt and coriander – what’s not to love?

9. Marmite Potato Wedges – 202 calories per 1/2 pack
You’ll either love or hate these controversial Marmite Potato Wedges! We spotted them at Tesco alongside a range of Marmite-flavoured side dishes, including potato gratin, mashed potatoes and roasties.
It’s no secret that we love anything made with Marmite at Pinch of Nom, so of course we had to pick them up!

We tried these crispy wedges with our Melt-in-the-Middle Bacon Cheeseburgers and they were divine! As you’d expect with Marmite, there’s no need to add salt – they’re already flavourful enough.
