Once you’ve tried this all-in-one fish dinner, you’ll want to add it to your meal plan every week. To get the best from the chunky cod loins, lay them gently on top of our paprika- infused roasted red pepper and bean sauce, and avoid stirring while it’s all bubbling away. That way, when you plate it up, it’ll arrive in one piece – to enjoy by itself, or with garlic green beans or a wholemeal roll.
