A tasty change from pasta, gnocchi are fluffy potato dumplings that you can boil, fry, or bake like we’ve done here. Paired with smoky fish and veggies, gnocchi make this a properly comforting, filling family meal. Haddock is naturally low-fat and low in calories, and works like a dream with our easy cheesy sauce. We’ve added plenty of spinach for green goodness, and sweet cherry tomatoes for a pop of colour. Topped off with a crunchy crumb, midweek meals don’t come much easier than this.
