Packed with shredded melt-in-your-mouth beef, pickles, light mayonnaise and tangy Cheddar, they're spot on with a side of crispy mixed salad – or better yet, a portion of chips! The secret is not to rush the beef; let it soak up all those aromatic spices and the rich tomatoey stock for hours until succulent. To meal prep like a pro, make the beef ahead of time and stash it in the freezer, ready for when you fancy some no-fuss grub.
