Slow Cooker Mustard Mash
If you ask us, mustard and mashed potatoes are meant to be together. A tasty twist on serving regular mash, we've given these slow-cooked spuds a punchy makeover with a helping of Dijon mustard, wholegrain mustard and garlic. Reduced-fat cream cheese makes things nice and creamy without piling on the calories. This versatile side goes best with pork chicken, sausages or stews – why not turn to page 93 to try a dollop with our Creamy Marmite Sausages? We also like to serve it alongside the quick pickled red cabbage from our Blind Scouse recipe (see page 184).
