Slow Cooker Maple and Sage Pork
Whenever someone asks us for the best way to make a pork joint in the slow cooker, we hand them this recipe! Our homemade stuffing doesn't just bring the flavour, it keeps every slice moist and tender, too. We've brought the calories down with reduced-fat sausage meat, and ramped up the flavours with lemon, herbs and red onion. Once it's cooked, pop the joint under the grill with a brush of sticky-sweet maple syrup to get the eye-catching caramelized glaze.
