Slow Cooker Lemon and Rosemary Chicken Risotto
There's no need to hover over your slow cooker to whip up this low-fuss, zesty risotto. Our medley of Italian-inspired ingredients will bubble away until luxuriously creamy with hardly any help. After an hour soaking up the lemony, garlicky stock, the chicken breast becomes fall-apart tender and ready to stir through. While risotto rice develops a silky texture without a pot of cream in sight, we've added dollops of cream cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan for good measure. The cheesy tang is the perfect complement for aromatic rosemary and citrus!
