To make these tacos crispy once the filling is cooked, preheat the oven to 210°C (190°C fan/gas mark 6) and line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Fill the tacos and spray the outside with low calorie cooking spray. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes until lightly golden and crisp.
