Slow Cooker Creamy Cashew Nut Chicken
This mild, deliciously creamy curry is always a winner. We've combined diced chicken thighs with plenty of veggies and our start ingredient: cashew nuts. We grind them in a food processor so that when everything's stirred together, every forkful has a lovely, subtle hint of nuttiness to it. Get ahead of tomorrow's dinner by throwing the ingredients into the pot and leaving it in the fridge overnight – all that's left to do is switch your slow cooker on. That's our definition of no fuss!
