Slow Cooker Cider Sausage Pie
This humble pie is basically the tastiest bangers and mash you'll ever serve! For our wholesome filling, we've cooked low-fat sausages in a slightly sweet, rich cider sauce with leeks and plenty of nutritious root veggies. The thing that makes it extra-special is the cider: the distinctive tang doesn't just bring out the best from the veg and sausages, it complements our topping too. We've crowned everything with a cheesy mustard mash that takes this dish to a whole new level.
