Slow Cooker Chinese-Style Lamb Wraps
These aren't duck pancakes, even though they look and taste just as incredible! We've coated lamb shoulder in a sweet and spicy Chinese-style glaze, with punchy garlic, ginger, 5-spice, honey, soy sauce and zingy orange zest. The meat doesn't leave the slow cooker until it's had hours to mingle with all those fabulous flavours and is fall-off-the-fork shreddable. Serve your shredded aromatic lamb pieces as part of a spread with cucumber batons, spring onions and wraps. While you can use tortilla wraps if you've got some handy, we like to buy Chinese-style pancakes to take things up a notch. As long as you've got a drizzle of hoisin sauce, you really can't go wrong!
