Thanks to your slow cooker, there's no need to stand over the hob or juggle pots and pans for this one. Our favourite time-saving hack is to get everything prepped and refrigerated the night before; once you're up and about, all that's left to do is turn your slow cooker on! You'll open the lid hours later to shreddable, juicy chicken breast in a garlicky blend of tomatoes, refreshing herbs and punchy spices. What's not to love?
