Slow Cooker Beef Stifado
Warm up for minimal effort with our slimming-friendly take on a classic Greek stew. Aside from browning the beef on all sides (it's well worth doing to seal in the flavours!), this is one of those wonderful recipes where you can chuck everything into the pot and leave it be. Cook on high, or bubble the beef, carrots, onions and shallots on low until the meat is falling apart. You'd normally spoon this one over pasta, but we prefer our version with a creamy side of mashed potatoes.
