This 'inside out' slow-cooker cannelloni is just as fun to make as it is to eat. Rather than meat-filled pasta smothered in gooey cheese, we've switched things up. Our pasta tubes are stuffed with a creamy mushroom and ricotta filling, then covered in a rich tomatoey Bolognese sauce. Then we've topped everything off with an added layer of melty mozzarella and Parmesan. It's pure pasta perfection!
