Slow Cooker Apple, Raspberry and Blackberry Cake
This fruity cake is so impressive, you've never know our ingredients list is beautifully simple. It's also ridiculously easy to prep: just layer up the fruit and cake batter in your slow cooker pot and leave everything to bake. As the combination of apples, raspberries and blackberries warms, they release sweet, tart juices that pair like a dream with the cinnamon-infused sponge. While it's just perfect as it is, you'll never regret adding a pour of homemade custard, if you're feeling fancy.
