This autumnal pud is so easy to make, it practically bakes itself! Juicy apples and thrifty frozen berries make up the cosy filling, nestled into the pot and cooked on high until they're soft and syrupy with a hint of cinnamon. We've lowered the calories by making our spiced crumble topping from scratch with reduced-fat ingredients – not that you'd ever know! Serve with a scoop of low-fat vanilla ice cream for a dreamy fruit-filled treat.
