Wrap a slice of  parma ham around each chicken breast and secure the chicken together with a cocktail stick.

Place onto the baking tray and cook for 25 minutes until the juices run clear and there are no signs of pinkness. Remove the cocktail stick and serve with your choice of accompaniment.

  • 4 chicken breasts approx. 130g per chicken breast
  • 100 g asparagus spears sliced in half
  • 100 g reduced-fat mozzarella cut into 4 slices
  • 4 slices of parma ham approx. 68g

    Hi Carolyn, we wouldn’t recommend freezing this recipe. If you have any leftovers keep them in the fridge and follow the reheating instructions in the how to reheat section
