A budget-friendly bake that’s bursting with Mediterranean-inspired flavours? Yes please! You’ll be pleasantly surprised with how easy it is to turn a tin of new potatoes and some butter beans into a filling family meal that everyone will love. Arrange slices of squishy, salty halloumi on the top and pop it into the oven until they’ve turned golden. Add a spoonful of Greek yoghurt and a few basil leaves for freshness, and you’re good to go!

A great choice if you are trying to have a meat-free monday or similar. The Halloumi is a great ‘meaty’ alternate to add substance and protein to a meat free dish without eating ‘just veg’

Air frier & Hob
Skip using the oven by pan frying the halloumi and place to once side, air fry the tomatoes & potatoes whilst cooking everything else on the hob. Add in the potatoes, tomatoes and halloumi at the end before serving with flat bread
