I have been searching for some decent baking trays and tins and was happy to pay a bit more to get something that had some quality to it. I bought the set of two baking trays and the set of two roasting tins. At first sight they look okay, have a reasonable reassuring weight to them, and I thought that I had made the right decision. They don't get used very often, I would say that the baking tins get used once every 2-3 weeks max. The last time I used one of them I saw what I thought to be a rust stain inside of the tin, but thought it couldn't be. We used it at the weekend for a roast, and when I washed it up I saw that the grey coating had come off, quite a large size of it, in the inside of the tin. No doubt that got eaten with the food so God knows what it will do. I set it asside to complain to Russell Hobs, which I have done today, and now it is dry, the whole area is rusty. There is no way that it can be used again. I would suggest that a lot of the reveiws for these trays are done when they are delivered, not after a few months of even occasional use.

As a point of note, Amazon seems to show reviews that have the most "helpful" click first. Have a look at the "Most Recent" and you will see a completely different picture. Many people are complaining about this issue and leaving one star reviews. If this has happened to you, go back and click on the reviews which mirror yours.
