Nice quality wok
I have bought several woks in the last few years that never worked out for me. They end up in the trash most of the times. This one looks really great. I made authentic fried rice with this wok and it came out really well. Glad that I can use this in the oven as well as on the hob as well. I love the tough and sturdy feel of this wok. It is easy to use and clean and has a lot of surface area. It is non sticky as well. Hope it stays the same as advertised. The food does not easily burn nor does this wok easily scratch. It is able to handle very high heat on a gas cooktop. Perfect of those trying different Asian recipes.
