3 years on. What’s my opinion? Well I’ve just used it for the millionth time and I burned the dinner a lil bit. I thought omg this is going to need a good soak Well guess what. It didn’t. 3 years on. Used every week and the non stick is superb. The casserole was in the over a little till long and it gone really baked on I filled with hot soapy water and it just slid off. I was so impressed I took a pic and ran here to post because this is the sort of information people need This is so versatile. I start the dinner in the casserole I’ll the hob. Then it goes in the oven I highly recommend the Masterclass rubber handle covers because those things are lethal 😂 I’m now going to treat myself to the 28” for bigger batches Ps. This is better than my Le Crueset. Everything sticks to that b*gger 😂

    I am very impressed with the MasterClass Shallow Casserole Dish with Lid! I've been using it for a few weeks now and it has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools. Here are some of the things I love about it:

    Lightweight: This is a huge advantage for me, as I have wrist problems and heavy cookware can be difficult to maneuver. The cast aluminum construction makes it much lighter than traditional cast iron casseroles, but it still feels very sturdy and well-made.

    I love this. Works like cast iron but weighs far far less. I can't manage cast iron as i have a weakness in my hands. My only complaint would be that the handles do get very hot very quickly... but they are also metal so that is to be expected.

    This is a fantastic casserole dish, which can be used on the hob and in the oven. I have given 5 stars, because it is very versatile in what it can cook. The only thing I will say is PLEASE BE CAREFUL! The casserole dish, lid and handles get extremely hot, so please use your oven gloves at ALL times. This warning is given by the Seller, but it can be easily forgotten, and you might do what I did and lift the lid without protection!

    The pan works fine, however be aware that the handles appear to be made from the same metal as the pan and conduct significant heat, so you’ll need to use oven mits if you want to move the pan. This is a pretty big design flaw, I’ve never encountered this with a cooking pan before.
