If you make your own beefburgers or the like these will make the forming or shaping of the burgers easy. Just spread the mix into the burger press (using your hands is most efffective), smooth off the excess and tamp down to the required depth.
Easy peasy and if you use an egg in the mix, the burger will stay in its shape as you grill ot fry them.

I recently purchased this product, expecting it to be made of stainless steel as advertised. However, upon receiving it, I was immediately disappointed by its visibly poor quality. The packaging only states "Made in China" and does not specify the material used, except for a vague "Nonstick Matterial" (sic!) label in the product photo. This lack of transparency is concerning. Upon closer inspection and handling, it is clear that the product is not made of stainless steel. It is significantly lighter than it should be if it were truly stainless steel. Instead of a shiny, reflective surface typical of stainless steel, it has a matte finish. When touched, it does not produce fine metal filings but rather larger, softer shavings, characteristic of aluminium. Additionally, the product is not magnetic at all, further indicating that it is likely made of aluminium. The discrepancy between the product description and the actual item, along with the absence of clear material labelling on the packaging, suggests deception and potential fraud in the marketing of this product. I urge Amazon to take immediate action by blocking this false advertisement and notifying the appropriate authorities. Stainless steel is not only a more durable and expensive material but also ensures the highest level of consumer health protection in food-related products.
