NKD Living Granulated Erythritol is a natural zero calorie sugar replacement with a similar texture to caster sugar. It can be used to sweeten just about anything! Sprinkle over fruit and even bake with it just like sugar!

As part of the “sugar alcohol” family, Erythritol is a naturally derived sugar from fruit and plants and passes straight through your body undigested. Therefore, erythritol does not affect blood glucose levels and has zero net carbohydrates! This makes it the perfect sugar alternative for diabetics, low carb, ketogenic dieters and anyone reducing calories and their sugar intake.

Erythritol is 70% the sweetness of sugar so you need to use 130g of erythritol for every 100g of sugar in baking. However, we recommend using recipes that have been developed using erythritol so a perfect outcome can be achieved every time.

    Very pleasantly surprised by the taste of this . I am following a keto diet and I use it for bulletproof coffee and to sprinkle on top of yoghurt and raspberries . I have been trying to give up regular sweetener for ages but haven’t been able to , and I tried all sorts of keto friendly sweetener but couldn’t find anything natural that didn’t taste awful or leave a bitter aftertaste . I honestly couldn’t tell the difference between this and my regular sweetener other than with this one you have to use slightly more (but not much) to get the level of sweetness you are used to . Will be a regular on my shopping list now .
