Love this knife
I struggle with my hands and joint pain, so find it hard with knives and have been looking for a knife that helps and enables me to maintain my independence. This knife is great, it’s comfortable to hold and sharp which helps it glide easily through most food items that I’ve tried it with so far. It sliced through a melon like butter with minimal pressure needed. It also comes with a sharpener case which keeps it sharp and protected. With a 5” blade it’s smaller than some santoku knives but well worth buying. I am looking out for other knives from masterclass as so far I can’t fault this knife and would definitely recommend it. Wish id brought a couple as the price has more than doubled.
