Stainless steel blade with blade cover

Stainless steel blade, sharper and more durable. The blade cover reduces the splash of liquid during use and prevents soiling of the kitchen and clothing. After use, the blade cover can easily be rinsed with water.

I purchased this when my old Tesco and Russel Hobbs went kaput. As you can see in the picture, the side by side comparison of all three I owned, this one beats all other being metallic body. Performance wise, I must say - A Beast ! it can crush whatever it comes on its way. Previous model I owned were only 150 / 250w hence were not able to perform extensive task. I used to use them only for blending smoothie. With this one, i am crushing whatever I have to. Even to grind rice to make rice floor. Though its 1000w, it doesn't give horrendous noise, still smooth. Turbo button is a life saver which instantly take the blender to utilize max power. Compared to other I owned, bit hefty price tag but I am having the whole set but not just the hand blender. It's worth.

    The motor is very well balanced. There is far less vibration at high speeds than other blenders I have used.

    I make smoothies everyday, and I need one of these in my life. Very robust and sturdy piece of equipment. With all the accessories it makes this product very useful for all types of food processing. The variable speeds are very useful for different kinds of chopping and blending. this product is of high quality easy to use good in price recommend this product. The chopper attachments are specially useful as we make lot of our food at home and this helps to reduces the effort quite a bit. The good thing is that you can easily adjust the settings to chop upto the right thickness. I am really happy with the purchase and have already recommended this to my friends as well.

    Had this product for a few months but only used the blender attachment. Tried the whisk today and it was a complete disaster. The whisk blades fell out of the attachment and the attachment was slack on the motor handle. Impossible to use the whisk.

    This blender feels extremely sturdy. The main body is a little heavy but it is still very easy to hold and use. All the other parts seem very well made and like they will last. I made Thai green curry paste using the blender and it whizzed through ginger, onions and garlic with ease. Very impressed and good value for money as it has various attachments. :)

    There is a converter with this that is only used for the mashing attachment - no idea why it isn't just built into the attachment - which just stopped working after a single quick use.

    The quality in general isn't great. All the attachments trap water when being washed that then only comes out when you use it the next time.

    It's really heavy compared to other stick blenders.

    Avoid.

    Its heavy, not so powerful, difficult to clean, not suitable for dishwasher, because the water that got inside the blender stick turns into brown liquid, that doesn't stop dripping even it seems it has dried. Lots of blended product sticks to blades and its difficult to remove. Same with potato mash maker-not enough power to blend, too much product stays between the blades
