    I bought this as it was Tala branded, but it's not quite as good as the Tala performance range. I find the non stick coating releases easily, but it doesn't seem quite as sturdy as my Tala Performance tins. So far I've made chocolate brownies and sponge traybakes. The heat distribution seems good, no uneven browning detected. Good chunky handles so easy to lift even with oven gloves on. Cleans up well with a damp sponge, and the corners are nice and rounded meaning you can ease a spatula in to remove the bake without worrying about scratches.
