With an ultra-tough multi-layer construction, this 4.5L TruStone 28cm Multi-Pan features 5 layers consisting of TruStone's robust 3 layer violet & black finish, with a superior non-stick coating that requires minimal oil for virtually fat free cooking. The thick forged aluminium constructed body retains heat during cooking and is oven safe up to 280C for versatile use. Love my new pan!
I bought this because I wanted a deep, lidded pan that was also oven safe. I also wanted a durable non stick finish. I have had the pan for a little over a month now and have very impressed. The non stick is great, the pan is a nice size and weight and I can do plenty of one pot cooking, fab!
