Clip Top Preserve Bottles - Set of 6

Whether you’re looking for a new way of preserving vegetables and other foods or you’re looking to add flavour and infuse some oil, the set of 6 Maison & White Clip Top Preserve Bottles are perfect for the job. To keep all of the contents of the bottles fully preserved and hygienic we have included clip-top seals to the top of every bottle meaning no air can get to the food or produce you are storing. Once you have infused the oil, you can easily clean each bottle either in the dishwasher or by hand.

As you will receive 6 glass preserving bottles you have more than enough to use them for different uses that you may need around the kitchen. All being the same size and boasting the same capacity, you can store your different veg in 3 of them and infuse different oils in the other 3.

These bottles aren’t just great for food preservation. You can use these glass bottles at parties or household get-togethers for serving up wine and soft drinks such as lemonade. The easily removable clip-top seal ensures the wine can breathe and if you’re enjoying lemonade, clip the top on so it doesn't spill over.

    Ideal little bottles for making vanilla extract. They are a good size for this purpose, sturdy and look good. Buy the best quality vanilla beans you can afford, cut and scrape them so they fit in the bottles, fill with vodka and leave to absorb for about 10 weeks, turning a few times every couple of days. When using the extract, just top up again with a little vodka. Works very well. I am about to send for more to make flavoured oils!

    I bought 2 boxes of these bottles to make some Chilli oil with.
    They're made of very nice thick glass, and look great!
    My only reason for 4 stars is that the seals aren't very good. If you shake the bottle too hard, it will leak.
    I don't think they'd be able to hold anything pressurised, and they're not 100% airtight.
    Good enough for most applications, great for making chilli oil!

    My only problem with them is the white top is not ceramic its a hard plastic which works well but I find them hard to sterilise. Don't know if they would melt if you sterilise them in the oven. I have been boiling them in a big pan but it's a bit of a faf. But have worked well for making home made Cordials and herbal medicines etc.
