This then meant that the pans were useless, as only the warped bit of the pan was touching the hob. On the final time cooking this caused discolouration due to the high heat I had to use. Spoke with customer service who refused to acknowledge any manufacturer defect. Wouldn’t buy this product again or recommend anyone else buying it
