    Wow, Now that's Quality! I am a home Chef and I've used a lot of knives, But these are the Best I've ever come across, I have ordered the whole set of these knives knowing that I'll Never have to buy another set and I've bought several different types( Name Brand's) looking for the right size weight and structure where I can chop, peel etc. or anything else that I need done, the Chef's knife isn't as heavy in weight as some I've had - but I can get through whatever I'm slicing or chopping like a pro, I've had some that were too heavy and my hand got tired faster and I couldn't manoeuvre the knife properly, Extremely Pleased with this product and I know that I won't be replacing these knives - I highly recommend them!! And you won't be disappointed!!!
