A good study frying pan with a satisfying weight in the hand (but not uncomfortably so). The main thing I bought this for is the super duper non-stick surface and, I must say, it is everything I hoped for. Heat it up and drop a fried egg in there (the ultimate test, in my opinion) and you can lift it up with a plastic spatula as easy as anything with no oil or anything in the pan. Brilliant!

    Bought this after seeing recommendations from BBC Food, Good Housekeeping etc.

    It came in retail packaging, i.e. a plastic bag and a hanging card with washing and care instructions. Those instructions include a warning not to use metal scourers.

    Very good build quality, weighs about 630g which is solid for a small 20cm pan. Handle is wide and easy to grip. The non stick finish seems extremely tough and is rough textured, which is odd at first if you're used to smooth teflon type pans. But it works extremely well. As well as being very easy to clean, you can slide simply foods like fried eggs out of the pan when cooked, they really don't stick at all.

    Very good for the money.

    Non-Stick, that actually is non stick, well so far anyway. But you can fry with very little oil and still nothing sticks. I haven't been brave enough to try it with no oil at all. Nice to use with a handle that doesn't get hot. Easy to clean because nothing sticks. It's worth noting that this pan cooks really well due to the excellent heat dispersion across the whole base, everything cooks much better with these pans. I have bought a second large one, I was so impressed with this one. You are not limited to using "non-stick safe" cooking utensils either, although at present I don't have any metal ones, so haven't tried this out.

    I've had the pan's for a few months now, and they been have used several times a week since then, and I can say, without doubt, they are the best non stick pan's I've ever purchased, we have the smallest size, and the largest pan, which is a good size for general cooking, the pans give a very good even heat, so you don't get thing's cooking quicker in the centre of the pan compared to the rest of the pan, take note, these pans take a little longer to get warm, this is because of the thickness of the pans, so allow the pan to heat up before putting certain foods in pan to cook, very easy to clean, very good quality,
