It's a great pan! Been using it daily for breakfast for several weeks, and it's maintained its quality and nonstick properties splendidly. I was even able to cook an egg on it without any oil at all, and while it took a little nudge to move it, it did not stick or leave any egg behind! With a bit of butter or margerine, the egg practically floats off the pan. I do avoid cooking spray products though because they often contain lecithin, and I read that it cooks on and gums up the surface, and is nearly impossible to remove residue without damaging the nonstick.

Bear in mind, though, I have also been babying the pan a lot otherwise:
- No abrasive scrub pads, only soft sponge
- Been using plastic cooking utensils
- Not stacking or contacting other dishes or pots with the inside surface
- Only using the pan on low/medium heat

Anyway, I love this pan super lots. It heats quickly and evenly, and cleans just as well. Its marketing suggests that it's tough and resilient, but I'd imagine that if you take extra care of it anyway, it could last you a long time with pleasure.

Spoke with customer service who refused to acknowledge any manufacturer defect. Wouldn’t buy this product again or recommend anyone else buying it
