This clever casserole pan is designed for use in the oven or on the stove, so it’s suitable for all sorts of recipes (as well as re-heating leftovers). It’s heat resistant to 200°C (392°F), and has a stainless steel base that makes it work on all hobs, including induction.

Review after 3 years of ownership
3 years on. What’s my opinion? Well I’ve just used it for the millionth time and I burned the dinner a lil bit. I thought omg this is going to need a good soak Well guess what. It didn’t. 3 years on. Used every week and the non stick is superb. The casserole was in the over a little till long and it gone really baked on I filled with hot soapy water and it just slid off. I was so impressed I took a pic and ran here to post because this is the sort of information people need This is so versatile. I start the dinner in the casserole I’ll the hob. Then it goes in the oven I highly recommend the Masterclass rubber handle covers because those things are lethal 😂 I’m now going to treat myself to the 28” for bigger batches Ps. This is better than my Le Crueset. Everything sticks to that b*gger 😂

    Brilliant pot. I use it for everything from cooking pasta or frying on the stovetop to baking in the oven.
    Very light weight, easy to clean, extremely robust and heats up quickly. In fact I love it so much I've just ordered another one in a different size.
    Just make sure you order a pair of silicon handle protectors as even 5 mins on stovetop means red hot handles.

    Really like this product even after just 2 weeks we have used it almost every night in the cold weather. After looking at the cast iron alternative for a while we decided to go for the cast aluminium version for several reasons. Having used cast iron in the past I know how heavy they are, this version is much easier to handle. Secondly the enamel tends to get damaged over time - the aluminium version has a very durable non stick surface that has proven very easy to clean . Transmits heat almost instantly so speeds up cooking time.
    Only thing to remember is that the handles require good oven gloves as they get hot. Not a negative but if your starting cooking on the hob to seal meat or similar then you will need to be careful of hot handles.
    All in all I highly recommend this product- very pleased.

    I love this. Works like cast iron but weighs far far less. I can't manage cast iron as i have a weakness in my hands. My only complaint would be that the handles do get very hot very quickly... but they are also metal so that is to be expected.

    Nice and lightweight compared to cast iron! Pot has great capacity. Also love the lid, its moisture retaining tech and the pot's non-stick coating.
    Little word of caution though - I nearly burned my hands because I forgot to use mitts or a tea towel to lift the pot with the handles. First time, won't forget in future!
    PLEASE BE CAREFUL, HANDLES GET VERY HOT! YOU WILL NEED MITTS OF SOME SORT!
    Otherwise, love this pot, love the deep blue colour. An excellent investment.

    The pan works fine, however be aware that the handles appear to be made from the same metal as the pan and conduct significant heat, so you’ll need to use oven mits if you want to move the pan. This is a pretty big design flaw, I’ve never encountered this with a cooking pan before.
