This is a very versatile great pan. It boasts a respectable 28cm diameter, or 4.3L for volume. I previously had those ceramic ("no oil") non-stick frying pans however they must have been rubbish as after 6 months or so everything would stick to the coating. So I decided to revisit standard non stick pans, and found this one to be what I needed based on requirements:
- non stick
- large capacity for a big fry up, or bolognese etc.
- easy to clean
- well made
This excels in all these areas. It is very non stick. I can add bacon in the pan without any oil and it slides around no problem. (My old ceramic pans would stick). I believe these pans have a better heat distribution system than most - I see no hot-spots on the pan.
As mentioned, large capacity and comes with a lit. Handy for any splatters!
A soapy rise and a wipe with kitchen roll and this is ready to go again
Sturdy construction around the pan base and handle
If this pan ever fails (might be waiting for that for a while), then this will be an immediate repurchase for me
