  • No cooking oil or spray needed - Foods cook right on the parchment paper, eliminating the need for additional oil or non-stick sprays. Even the most delicate and sticky foods lift with ease!
  • Oven safe up to 215C - Our genuine parchment paper is tested to safely withstand oven temperatures up to 215C. Do not touch parchment paper to open flame.
  • To minimise sticking, roll pie crust or cookie dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Transport treats with ease by placing a sheet of parchment paper between layers. Cut strips of parchment paper and place under edges of cooled cake for mess-free frosting.
  • Bake fish, chicken and vegetables en papillote (parchment packets) for low-fat cooking. It's easy to cut to fit different pans.

Great for baking!
Reynolds Kitchens Parchment Paper is a good quality non-stick paper that’s thicker than the normal greaseproof paper and cuts easily to line cake tins and baking trays. It’s safe to use in the oven up to a maximum temperature of 215 degrees centigrade. I’m using it when I’m cooking meat pasties as it protects my baking tray and saves on washing-up. Each roll is 381mm long x 10mm wide and will last me a long time, and with three rolls in a pack it’s excellent value for money.
