Strong heavy duty one piece metal and the non stick is excellent.. Time will tell of-course but beats the standard thin non stick ones for only a few more pounds. Great for tarts as its just the right depth. Dont dishwasher or scrub/scour these type just rinse or soak and even apply a little oil after use to form a natural (blacker the better) seasoned coat..     Jaren geleden heb ik zo'n platte vormplaat in Engeland gekocht om mince meat pies te maken. De diepe vormen kan men overal kopen maar deze platte niet. Ik ben dus superblij dat ik deze bij Amazon gevonden heb. Geweldig. Ik kan weer mince meat pies maken in december.
